Following on from the hugely successful Business Development Masterclass which sold out, I'm going to run one last business masterclass this year, however, it's going to be quite unlike anything I've done to date.
The question of how to charge more for your services and/or how your business can help you to earn more comes up very often - it's something I must be asked at least once a week - really!
But how to increase your prices and how to generate a greater profit (or earn more), require not only different approaches, but consideration as to the most effective way to do it.

This one-off masterclass will not only teach you the answer to both but I'll show you how, too, working on your business with you.
This masterclass will be a full day, partly hands-on and intensive day of learning, working on your business. I've split the content up so that there is some group work, some time for you to work individually and of course some directed learning from me.

What Will We Do?
We'll explore the psychology of price increasing and I'll explain how I've successfully increased my pricing year on year to help achieve the growth we required - understanding how to price effectively in order to increase profit is a very powerful business tool.
You will be required to sign a confidentiality agreement to protect the information I offer on the day and to provide assurance that any information you or your fellow delegates share remains confidential, too.
We'll take a close look at your own products, services and pricing to determine specifically how you and your business can increase both profit and the prices you're charging to achieve a specific financial goal, with a clearly defined outcome.
I will work with each of you to help map out a development plan for the next 6 - 12 months and beyond to readily implement so you're able to increase your pricing - one strategy will see you increase your prices on the very day!
This Profit & Pricing Masterclass will not only show you what to do for the future but you'll be actively working on your businesses on the day. I'll share with you the models I have used with each of my businesses to reduce costs, increase profit margins and increase the fees we charge.
I discussed in the last masterclass how I always aim to ensure any new business we establish turns over £150,000 in the first 12 months to ensure a good, strong start, with a lot of focus on the mechanics and logistics of how your business runs in order to achieve that growth.
This final masterclass looks in much greater depth at the specifics of how to price for greater profit; how to increase those prices incrementally (and when is best to do it for maximum effect); the process of upselling and interlacing additional revenue streams and increasing prices for existing clients and establishing them for new customers.
You will leave with additional identified and up and running revenue streams
You will leave with a clear plan for the next 6 - 12 months for your own business, with clear pricing and an understanding of why those prices work
You will leave with a strategy for immediately securing higher prices and you'll also leave with a minimum of 4 identified ways to increase profits immediately in your business.
I'm busy, so I like things that work efficaciously, seamlessly and as quickly as possible. It helps everything move forward quicker.
Why is the price so low? I know what it's like to struggle in business - to break a business barrier or financial threshold, or to not fully understand what is holding you back, or what to do about it. This is my way of giving back - of helping as many small business owners as possible to enjoy business more, to increase their own value and the value of their industry and the perception of those industries to their customers. It helps us all. I feel good about running them and as this is the last one I'll run, it feels especially rewarding.
This masterclass will not look at marketing at all and we won't be dealing with business structure. It's designed to be a hugely valuable, intensive and effective masterclass for all those who attend and does what it says in the title: to increase your prices and your profits.
You will have plenty of opportunity to ask questions throughout the day, including plenty of opportunity for "what did you do when this happened?" and "if this was your business, what would you do?" type questions.
